Reports To: Business Manager – Commercial and Portfolio
Your Role and Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team of 3 members, craft a winning sales strategy, and drive significant revenue growth.
* Create, plan, and implement sales mission, vision, strategy, budget, and efficiency targets for the assigned area.
* Actively engage in business development and sales activities, build a solid lead pipeline with your team, and foster relationships globally with existing and future customers.
* Develop strategic business plans, prioritize target markets, manage marketing activities, and drive B2B customer contract negotiations.
* Lead and inspire the Sales team by fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture rooted in a growth mindset.
Qualifications For The Role:
* Completed university degree, preferably in a technical field.
* At least 8 years of experience in a similar sales‑leadership role.
* Profound B2B sales experience in Internal Logistics, Warehousing, Automation or Robotics industries.
* Good knowledge of material handling processes, tools and software is preferred.
* Proven track record in successfully leading teams.
* Analytical attitude with outstanding presentation and communication skills.
* Willingness to travel approximately 20%‑30%.
* Fluency in English (German is a plus).
