As an HR Strategy and Consulting Manager in our Workforce & Organization team based in Zurich or Geneva, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering HR strategy and transformation initiatives. You will accompany our clients by preparing, designing, and implementing business and IT strategies that impact organizational structures, ways of working, and corporate culture.
What you can expect
- Designing and implementing HR and HR IT strategies, as well as HR target operating models in the context of Digital Transformation
- Leading and managing complex programs and projects in both national and international environments
- Efficiently linking processes between business, strategy and IT to ensure cohesive and effective transformation initiatives
- Translating emerging trends in organizational development and transformation into actionable strategies
- Driving business development by leveraging existing company relationships and your own network
- Engaging in impactful work within a leading global management consulting environment, with flexibility across client sites, Capgemini offices, and remote work
- Supporting sales initiatives through the development of proposals, storytelling and pitch decks, and by actively contributing to account planning and client meetings
Your profile
- Master’s degree from a recognized university in the field of Economics, Social Sciences, or Information Technology
- Several years of practical project experience in the field of digital transformation in at least one of the following industries: Insurance, Consumer Goods and Retail, Manufacturing or Life Science
- Practical experience in project management (minimum partial) in HR environments, with deep knowledge of HR strategy, organization, and processes
- Strong business acumen and experience contributing to sales activities, including proposal development and storytelling
- Excellent conceptual skills, rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work
- A structured, reliable work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks, eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with commitment and self-responsibility toward deadlines
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and either German (for Zurich) or French (for Geneva) at the C1 level minimum
