Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair large electrical appliances such as freezers/refrigerators, portable air conditioners, washing machines/dryers, dishwashers, and stoves/ovens.
* Prepare second-hand devices.
* Create cost estimates and order spare parts.
* Provide telephone support to internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
Requirements
* Completed vocational training or professional experience in refrigeration technology, electrical engineering, mechanics, electronics, or related fields.
* Fluent German, French is an advantage.
* Manual dexterity and an independent work style.
* High customer and service orientation.
* Good MS Office skills; workshop tools and SAP knowledge are advantageous.
