Spare Parts Specialist & Analyst
We are now seeking a Spare Parts Specialist & Analyst to join our team.
Your Responsibilities
Spare Parts Specialist (immediately upon onboarding)
Prepare quotes and oversee the follow‑up of spare parts orders.
Prepare quotes and follow up on repair or overhaul orders.
Advise customers and subsidiaries on spare parts.
Collaborate closely with procurement, production, and other internal teams.
Ensure accurate and rigorous filing and documentation management.
Analyst (progressively, in addition to spare parts specialist duties)
Support the spare parts service manager with:
Preparing spare parts offers for new machines.
Preparing financial analyses related to spare parts activities.
Conducting analyses to optimise inventory management.
Conducting analyses to improve spare parts forecasting.
Supporting analyses related to spare parts pricing strategies.
Participating in continuous improvement and business enhancement projects.
Your Profile
Master's degree in Engineering in a technical profession (mechanical, electrical, automation, etc.)
3 to 10 years of industry experience
English (C1) and French (C1), an additional language (IT/DE/ES) is an advantage
Knowledge of MATISA products or equivalent construction of railway renovation and maintenance machines is a strong asset
Tools used in this position
Sage X3 ERP system
Therefore Document Management System
Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
PowerBI
