Tasks

Be the first point of contact at our friendly reception area.

Manage administrative tasks in HR and general operations.

Provide ICT support and maintain IT systems effectively.

Skills

Completed commercial education with technical skills.

Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.

To strengthen our administration, we are looking for a committed, flexible, reliable and cheerful personality with broad commercial know-how and joy in working in a small administrative team. You will take on specialist management and execution tasks in diverse business matters – process work and quality management.

Commercial Allrounder, approx. 80% Secretariat, HR Administration and ICT.

Your tasks on site Commercial area

First point of contact at reception/secretariat.

Administrative tasks (HR, residents, general administration).

Internal and external communication (e.g., press releases, advertisements) and maintenance of our homepage.

Archiving and ensuring compliance with data protection laws within the company.

Participation in projects.

Support of the managing director.

ICT specialist management

IT maintenance and further development of ICT together with an external company.

First‑level support.

Ensuring IT systems (programmes) such as for eHealth, etc.

You bring with you

Completed training as a commercial clerk with a technical flair; experience is ideally preferred. Further training in the HR area is an advantage, or you are willing to further your education in this area.

Team player.

Very well organised and solution‑oriented.

Alert and strong communication skills.

Used to working independently, thinking in networks and high service awareness.
