IT Systems Engineer – Hands-On Role in a Stable, Global Business

We’re hiring an IT Systems Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing group that’s been a trusted partner to the automotive industry for decades. You'll take ownership of essential infrastructure and ensure smooth IT operations across multiple European sites.

What You’ll Do:
* Manage and maintain Microsoft, VMware, and Veeam systems
* Work with HP servers and NetApp storage platforms
* Support and maintain firewalls and network infrastructure
* Oversee IT security tools – antivirus, WSUS, PKI, and Group Policies
* Help roll out upgrades and new systems across European sites
* Provide local and remote support, with occasional on-call cover
What We’re Looking For:
* Solid experience supporting IT infrastructure in a global, structured business
* Strong technical skills across Microsoft platforms, VMware, Veeam, and scripting tools
* Confident working with HP servers, NetApp storage, networks, and firewalls
* Someone dependable, hands-on, and happy working with defined systems and procedures
* Fluent in English with a proactive, service-driven mindset
