Mandated by a well-known company in the region, to ensure the management and coordination of work on a night shift site (14:30 - 23:30) located at 1345 Le Lieu, in the Vallée de Joux, we are looking for a:
Night-time Building Team Leader (M/F)
* Team leader training or equivalent experience
* Proven experience in the building sector
* Experience in managing teams on site
* Organisational skills and sense of responsibility
* Ability to motivate and supervise a team
* Good knowledge of current safety regulations
* Autonomy, rigour and initiative
* Driving licence and vehicle, an advantage
* Available to work night shifts (14:30 - 23:30)
* Supervise and coordinate teams on site
* Organise work according to site management directives
* Ensure deadlines, quality and safety instructions are respected
* Distribute tasks and monitor daily activities
* Control work progress and report necessary information
* Ensure liaison between workers and management
* Anticipate material and resource needs
* Actively participate in the smooth running of the site
