For our company Integraal IT, we are looking for a Senior IT Technician in Bulle.Senior IT TechnicianYour roleWithin a human-sized structure specializing in IT services, you occupy a key role as both a technical reference. You support varied clients in the management and evolution of their IT environments, with a particular focus on Modern Workspace (Microsoft 365) solutions and MDM projects. As a senior profile, you are also a source of proposals, you participate in the skills development of the team, and actively contribute to projects and missions.- Advanced support (level 2 & 3):On-site and remote intervention, in-depth diagnosis and resolution of complex incidents (workstations, networks, security, mobility).- Administration and maintenance of IT environments (Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune, peripherals), with a high level of requirement in terms of security and compliance.- Management of Modern Workspace & MDM projects:Deployment, configuration, and migration of Microsoft 365 and Intune/MDM solutions, taking into account business challenges and client specificities.- Client consulting and support:Analysis of needs, technical recommendations, support during migrations and evolutions.- Documentation & best practices:Drafting of technical documentation, implementation of standards, and continuous improvement of services.- Expertise and internal support:Technical support to teams, knowledge sharing, contribution to the optimization of processes and tools.- Follow-up and client relationship:Management of complex tickets, planning of interventions, reporting, and maintenance of a quality client relationship.Your profile- Confirmed experience in IT support and systems, ideally in an MSP environment.- Solid expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, and MDM / Modern Workspace solutions.- Microsoft certifications appreciated (MS-900, MD-102 or equivalent).- Ability to manage varied client environments with autonomy and rigor.- Strong service orientation, consulting sense, and excellent analytical skills, proactivity, and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.- Ease in working in a team and sharing your knowledge.- Fluent French and English, German is a plus. jidcaadd1daen jit0418aen jpiy26aen
