Project Manager (CAPEX) (M/F/D)
Tasks
:
* Manage and coordinate small CAPEX engineering projects from initiation through execution and close-out
* Provide day-to-day project and/or construction management support for engineering activities
* Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
* Plan, schedule, and track project activities and deliverables
* Provide on-site oversight of execution activities with focus on safety, quality, cost, and schedule
* Proactively identify risks and issues, propose mitigation actions, and escalate appropriately
* Prepare and deliver structured progress updates, including status, risks, issues, and next steps
* Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems
* Identifies and analyzes systems requirements and defines project scope, requirements, and deliverables
* Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately
Qualification:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Construction Manager supporting small CAPEX projects
* Requires a bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of related experience
* Experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment, with solid understanding of GMP requirements
* Ability to work independently and integrate effectively within an engineering organization
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
* Strong organizational and structuring skills, with the ability to provide clear and timely reporting
* Sound judgment to escalate issues and risks at the appropriate time
