* Ensuring a first-class and smooth service process in accordance with LQA standards
* Competent and professional guest advice and support at the highest level
* Responsibility for the management and efficient organization of your own service station
* Guidance and support for subordinate employees as well as training and induction of new team members
* Support with daily billing
Your profile
* Ideally already professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in the upscale hotel industry
* Sound knowledge of Leading Quality Standards (Leading Hotels of the world)
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a team, under pressure and flexible
* EU / EFTA or Swiss passport holders only
