Responsibilities

* Complete management of property accounting for a dedicated rental portfolio
* Preparation of management statements and periodic closings
* Payment of owner balances and monitoring of financial flows
* Processing of supplier invoices
* Monitoring and reconciliation of liquidity accounts
* Management of heating cost statements
* Participation in mandate entries and exits
* Budget preparation
* Administrative tasks related to the role
Candidate Profile

* Minimum 3 years of accounting experience within a property management agency or fiduciary in Switzerland (essential)
* Good command of a property ERP such as Quorum or equivalent (an advantage)
* Organised, rigorous profile with a focus on meeting deadlines
* Ability to thrive in a structured and collaborative environment
