Your Responsibilities
Plan and implement offshoring projects in collaboration with the strategic purchasing department.
Monitor the implementation of offshoring projects to achieve objectives and ensure timely completion.
Analyze and evaluate critical supply chains.
Develop new suppliers within the global sourcing strategy (BCC Best Cost Country Sourcing).
Follow up and process actions related to audit deviations.
Serve as the key contact for supplier selection, validation, and evaluation.
Build strategic supplier relationships and ensure delivery capability in terms of quality and timing.
Analyze errors and initiate corrective actions.
Your Profile
Successful background in mechanical engineering, aeronautics and aerospace, business engineering in machine building, or similar qualification.
Several years of professional experience as a project manager with knowledge of auditing (audit training VDA 6.3). Familiarity with APQP components (FMEA, MSA, PAPP, etc.) is required.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Fluent in English and proficient in German and/or French.
Analytical and solution-oriented thinker, proactive, assertive, and willing to travel for work.
