Global Security Operations Manager – Lead the Future of Cybersecurity
Our global Managed Services client is seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to own and elevate their flagship Cyber Defense Center. You'll drive 24/7 SOC delivery, mentor a team of ~15 analysts, and pioneer AI-driven, automation and OT security projects across a diverse international client base.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach and rota-manage Tier 1 & Tier 2 security analysts
• Monitor SLAs/KPIs, report on performance and drive continuous improvement
• Serve as escalation point for complex incidents and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Plan, test and deploy device changes for MSS customers
• Identify process gaps, update SOPs and implement problem-management solutions
• Recruit, retain and nurture cybersecurity talent with on-the-job coaching
Must-have Skills & Experience
• 3+ years in a team-lead or SOC operations role (24/7 service delivery)
• Proven track record managing IT/Security services and global client relationships
• Strong analytical, communication (phone/email) and stakeholder-management skills
• Self-driven, customer-oriented and detail-focused
• Bachelor's in Computer Science (or equivalent); ITIL knowledge an asset
• Fluent in English; French or German a plus
