AI & PDS Transformation Catalyst (m/f/d)
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing enablement, training, and communication programs to drive the adoption of advanced analytics, AI-powered decision science, and predictive models across Consumer Health Finance. You will champion a culture of experimentation, learning, and ethical AI, ensuring seamless integration of new tools and processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will foster lucidity, accountability, and empowered decision-making, supporting the transition from descriptive to proactive analytics and model-driven steering. This global role is critical in shaping the future of data-driven decision-making within Consumer Health Finance.
Your Tasks And Responsibilities
* Proactively forge strong partnerships with Finance and relevant stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor to identify, prioritize, and drive high-impact digital and data opportunities;
* Proactively accelerate the adoption of new technologies while fostering lucidity, accountability, and empowered decision-making;
* Design and deliver enablement and training programs, such as bootcamps, workshops, and on-demand learning resources, to upskill finance professionals in AI, predictive analytics, and decision science tools;
* Develop and execute communication campaigns to build awareness, excitement, and understanding of AI initiatives, including town halls, impact reports, and user feedback surveys;
* Proactively create structured rollout and engagement plans for new processes and tools, ensuring high adoption rates and measurable business impact;
* Engage with key stakeholders, including finance, IT, and business leaders, to gather feedback, address concerns, and secure ongoing support for change initiatives;
* Formalize and coordinate a network of pioneers and tool representatives to support users and drive adoption at all levels;
* Track and report on adoption metrics, user feedback, and process efficiency improvements, using agile and business KPIs to demonstrate success;
* Promote a culture of experimentation, ethical AI, and continuous learning, supporting the development of new leadership skills and hybrid team orchestration (human and machine);
* Partner with IT experts on emerging topics and technical content.
Who You Are
* Proven ability to proactively forge strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and act as a strategic advisor;
* Expertise in designing and delivering enablement and training programs, including workshops and on-demand learning resources;
* Strong communication skills to develop and execute campaigns that build awareness and excitement for AI initiatives;
* Experience in creating structured rollout and engagement plans for new tools and processes;
* Demonstrated ability to track and report on adoption metrics and process efficiency improvements;
* Knowledge of ethical AI principles and the ability to promote a culture of experimentation and continuous learning;
* Familiarity with predictive analytics tools and platforms, such as Foresight, MarketSight, ConsumerSight, Bayer4Cast, FIONA, Anaplan, Power BI, Azure Databricks, and NXT;
* Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to address concerns and secure ongoing support for change initiatives;
* Ability to benchmark and integrate change management best practices from leading consultancies or peer organizations;
* Advanced understanding of hybrid team orchestration, combining human expertise with machine capabilities;
* Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This role is preferably based in Switzerland, but it could also be filled at any other major Bayer site within the applicable time zone.
