Ph3About SWISSto12 /h3pSWISSto12 is a leading aerospace company specializing in radio‑frequency (RF) products and satellite technologies. /ph3Position Overview /h3pAs Business Systems Administrator, you will administer, configure, and continuously improve key business software platforms used across engineering, manufacturing, and program management teams. Your primary focus will be the administration and evolution of the company’s project management platform, while also supporting the integration and deployment of additional operational systems such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). /ph3Responsibilities /h3h3Project Management System Administration /h3ulliAdminister and maintain the company’s project management platform (e.g., Easy Redmine). /liliConfigure workflows, dashboards, permissions, licenses, and project structures to support international teams across engineering, program management, and operations. /liliSupport project teams in the effective use of the system for planning, tracking, and reporting activities. /liliMaintain system performance, upgrades, and documentation. /liliAssist in structuring project and operational data to improve decision‑making and visibility. /li /ulh3Business Systems Integration /h3ulliSupport integration between project management systems and other business platforms including ERP, PLM, and reporting tools. /liliEnsure consistency of data and workflows across systems. /liliCollaborate with ERP, PLM, and Power BI administrators to improve digital workflows and system interfaces. /li /ulh3Deployment of New Operational Systems /h3ulliSupport the implementation and administration of new operational systems such as MES, CMMS, and Procedure Execution Systems (PES). /liliParticipate in system selection, configuration, interfacing, and deployment activities. /liliEnsure new tools integrate properly within the existing digital ecosystem. /li /ulh3Workflow Optimization Process Support /h3ulliWork with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to translate operational needs into system workflows. /liliConfigure digital workflows to improve task tracking, reporting, and collaboration. /liliIdentify opportunities to automate or streamline internal processes. /li /ulh3Data User Support /h3ulliProvide user support and troubleshooting for business software tools. /liliSupport key users in developing user guides, documentation, and training materials. /liliSupport onboarding of new users and ensure adoption of digital tools across teams. /liliSupport key users for data consistency and traceability across project management and operational systems. /liliCollaborate with the Power BI administrator to support reporting and dashboard needs. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. /lili3+ years of experience administering business software platforms. /liliExperience with project management platforms such as Easy Redmine, Jira, or similar tools is a strong advantage. /liliFamiliarity with ERP, BI and PLM environments. /liliExperience with manufacturing‑related systems such as MES or CMMS is an advantage. /liliUnderstanding of business processes in engineering, manufacturing, or project environments. /liliStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /liliAbility to understand operational needs and translate them into digital workflows. /liliStrong collaboration skills with engineering, operations, and IT teams. /liliStructured and pragmatic approach to system administration and configuration. /liliCuriosity and willingness to learn multiple systems and technologies. /liliCommitment to improving digital tools that support the company’s growth. /li /ulh3Location Employment /h3pThis is a full‑time contract, onsite position based in Lausanne (Renens), Switzerland. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
