Our mission: We safely power your flight. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine standardized machining repair processes and ensure that these meet applicable quality and compliance standards of the OEM, customers, internal processes and state of the art technologies /li liCover Peening, Milling, Turning, Grinding processes and support processes thereof /li liConduct continuous improvement of processes under responsibility using Safety, Lean, Quality and Engineering tools like Kaizen Events, SPC, FPY, OEE and Problem Solving Methods resulting in improved safety, quality, delivery and costs for our customers /li liProvide coaching and training to operations colleagues as needed ensuring best in class manufacturing principles /li liProvide support for the industrialization projects according to plan (SQDCP) and define mitigating actions when necessary, support the industrialization of new repairs and renewal of existing repairs /li liCollaborate closely with Operations, Repair Engineering, Tooling Engineering and/or Shop Engineering to ensure Safety, Quality Cost and Delivery is not impacted for our customers /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liOperated and supported NC/CNC manufacturing processes including peening, milling, turning, grinding, and related support operations /li liDeveloped and optimized programs for 6‑axis robotic systems, including ABB and KUKA platforms /li liCreated NC/CNC machining programs both with and without CAD/CAM software, ensuring precision and production efficiency /li liApplied manufacturing and aerospace MRO knowledge while maintaining strong safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards /li liManaged projects and contributed to continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and quality methodologies /li liWorked effectively both independently and within cross‑functional teams, demonstrating a proactive, flexible, and execution‑focused approach to complex tasks /li liUtilized a strong mechanical engineering background (BSc/MSc or equivalent) together with fluent English communication skills; German language knowledge considered an advantage /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pWe offer an attractive position in a global and dynamic company.
