This role combines:A highly developed visual and design skillsetHands-on execution skills on graphic design, video and photoUnderstanding of how strong brands are built and maintainedA strong connection to the sports world, ideally with cycling knowledgeKey ResponsibilitiesProduce high-quality, on-brand creative assets across digital, print, retail, and product-related environmentsBring the spirit and innovation of the impec lab to life in all creative outputsCollaborate closely with internal teams, designers, and agenciesSupport creative workflows, timelines, and asset deliveryYour Profil and SkillsetAbility to collaborate with agencies and creative partnersStrong organizational and multi-tasking skillsProduction and editing skills (photo, video)Customer first mindsetTeam player with excellent communication skillsFluent in English; German and/or French are advantagesUnderstanding of the sports world, ideally with cycling knowledgePassion for performance products and innovation-driven environmentStrong visual skillsetYour bring a strong visual skillset and proven graphic design skills — layout, typography, brand systems - as well as solid experience in motion design, including animation.
