Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our client’s transformation office. In this role, you will be at the heart of strategic change initiatives, contributing to projects that shape the future of the organization. You will support efforts such as the integration of newly acquired entities, the optimization of business processes, and the restructuring or creation of internal services.
Acting as a bridge between strategic vision and operational execution, you will collaborate with various stakeholders across departments—logistics, production, finance, HR, and more—ensuring alignment and driving the successful delivery of cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities
Framing & Design
1. Analyze business needs in alignment with strategic goals.
2. Lead workshops to gather requirements, clarify priorities, and define key outcomes.
3. Draft functional specifications, target processes, and operational roadmaps.
4. Propose tailored solutions, including service design, digital transformation, or organizational restructuring.
Operational Management
1. Support the planning and coordination of cross-functional projects.
2. Facilitate collaboration between business units, IT, and executive stakeholders.
3. Monitor deliverables and contribute to continuous optimization and change management efforts.
4. Provide documentation, training, and communication materials to support implementation.
5. Define and track success metrics (KPIs).
6. Conduct post-project reviews to extract insights and improve methodologies.
7. Contribute to the evolution of internal processes, project methodologies, and tools.
Your Profile
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in project management, business, economics, or related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in a business analysis or project coordination role.
3. Strong command of tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Figma, and project platforms like Planner, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
4. Experience or interest in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
5. Strong analytical thinking, structured approach, and excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Fluency in French and English is required.
