Leading a team of more than 10 people, you supervise the entire service flow with sustained volumes, ranging from 300 to 400 covers per service. Present on the floor, you ensure the fluidity of service, the quality of the customer experience, and compliance with standards. You also participate in aspects related to the activity, including cash management and closing. The position is organized with continuous and variable hours:- 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM- 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM- 2 consecutive days off, but not necessarily on weekendsProfileYou have solid experience in service, ideally in a high-end, large-capacity establishment, and you perfectly master the requirements related to opening and closing an establishment of this standing. You are recognized for your great competence, your attention to detail, and your ability to manage a team with efficiency, calm, and authority.You hold a BTS or a diploma from a hotel school, which has allowed you to acquire a solid technical foundation in service, wine, and management. You know how to manage large volumes while maintaining a high level of quality, rigor, and responsiveness. You are comfortable with cash tracking, team management, and supporting the service.Dynamic, organized, and stress-resistant, you know how to keep your composure during busy periods and make the right decisions quickly. You have an excellent sense of service, leadership, and an impeccable professional posture. Your ease allows you to unite your teams and communicate effectively with your internal and external contacts. You master French and English, both orally and in writing, in order to evolve with ease in an international environment.
