MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
CHAMPIONSHIP & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT:
* Manage sporting matters with ASNs and promoters and maintain visibility with FIA Communication.
* Maintain relationships with ASNs, promoters, and monitor championship calendars for compliance.
* Collaborate with the Head of Junior Categories to ensure alignment across all sporting aspects.
* Monitor event performance (participation, visibility, media) and advise on improvements.
* Evaluate and share best practices among promoters and ASNs using established KPIs.
* Attend competitions biennially to ensure FIA standards and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
CATEGORY DEVELOPMENT & EVENT COORDINATION:
* Manage new championship applications, assess feasibility, and support organizers with regulations.
* Oversee the introduction of new car generations, F4 Academy expansion, and F4 Esports projects.
* Propose Sporting Regulations and manage official appointments for key events.
* Oversee entry management, communication, and logistics, attending events for on-site coordination.
STRATEGY & REGULATORY OVERSIGHT:
* Propose and implement strategies and regulations, ensuring compliance and future development.
* Draft and update yearly Sporting Guidelines, proposing cost-control regulatory changes.
* Review and approve final regulations through the SiSe Committee, and draft explanatory notes.
Prepare and present proposals, organize meetings, and ensure effective communication for the Single Seater Committee & WMSC.
PROFILE:
* University degree in Business Management or Sport Management
* Two to five years' experience in motorsports are required
* Background in managing motorsport events is a strong plus
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
* High proficiency with MS Office tools and software
* Excellent organizational abilities, with the capacity to multitask effectively and prioritize work
This position is based at the FIA offices in Geneva and requires travel to 2 to 3 major events per year.
