Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the monthly closing process, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of data.
* Maintain the integrity of financial information and the general ledger, covering areas such as fixed assets, reserves, payroll accounting, accruals, prepaid expenses, and other critical accounts.
* Prepare and review annual financial statements, including footnotes and disclosures, ensuring compliance with local GAAP standards.
* Coordinate and ensure the proper filing of tax and statutory returns in collaboration with tax advisors.
Requirements:
* Holding a university degree in Economics or equivalent studies.
* 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, with prior experience in a Big 4 accounting firm considered a valuable plus.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles (local GAAP and IFRS) and internal procedures.
* Proficient in SAP and Excel, and familiarity with Power BI is an added advantage.
