The HRBP builds a robust talent pipeline through proactive attraction, recruitment, and development, while delivering efficient, compliant, and customer-focused HR services. Acting as a strategic advisor, the role fosters diversity and inclusion, champions employee well-being, and provides expertise in payroll, performance management, and HR analytics. By cultivating strong relationships and challenging conventional practices with courage and insight, the HRBP enables leaders to unlock the full potential of their teams and create lasting value through people.
* Build a talent pipeline through effective attraction, recruitment, and hiring within the DIS/GTR organization.
* Ensure the HR function in the Greater EU and AMERICAS regions provides high-quality, efficient, and legally compliant administrative support as a customer-focused Business Partner.
* Provide expertise in payroll, performance management, HR data analysis, and employee relations.
* Interface with local HR employment and payroll providers in Greater EU and AMERICAS (Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Colombia)
* Develop strong, trust-based relationships with Line Managers and business leaders to drive results.
* Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to enhance engagement and belonging.
* Build trust and credibility by demonstrating capability and courage to challenge accepted practices and offering business leaders critical perspectives on creating sustainable organizational value through people.
When you fit in with us
Minimum of 5 years of international HR experience within a global or matrix organization, ideally as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR role.
Proven track record of working across multiple regions and cultures, with strong understanding of Swiss employment laws and compliance requirements.
Broad HR expertise gained through diverse experiences such as Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Development & Learning or Employee Relations
Experience in partnering with business leaders to drive strategic people initiatives and organizational change.
Familiarity with HR systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Workday) and ability to leverage HR analytics for decision-making.
