During your working life, you will have the opportunity to gain insights into the VAT's product world. As part of the engineering team, you will actively participate in daily business and even take responsibility for projects yourself.
1. Support of product development projects in close cooperation with the engineering team with focus on mechanics
2. Preparation and maintenance of manufacturing drawings, parts lists, and technical documentation
3. Review and optimize manufacturability with manufacturing departments, supplier quality engineers and project buyers.
4. Technical support in case of quality problems
5. Cooperation in an interdisciplinary team
6. Flexible year-round time model
What you will need:
7. General interest in engineering
8. High school diploma or completed professional training as a design engineer
9. Technical background, preferably in mechanical engineering
10. Experience in CAD systems, preferably Siemens NX
11. User knowledge of ERP and PLM systems
12. Active or completed bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
13. Independent by nature, well organized
