Responsibilities
Coordinating and processing of customer and internal claims
Leading 8D Teams
Observing quality performance, driving continuous improvement and leading Q-innovation projects
Driving quality mindset within the production center by providing Q-trainings
Take up quality topics and act as interface towards Production, Business Units, Engineering and Corporate Quality
Planning and performing internal audits
Qualifications
Technical education with advanced training in quality management
Degree in quality management or bachelor in engineering preferred
Solid experience in the use of key quality tools such as 3-legged 5 Why, SPC, Ishikawa, etc.
Experience with internal and external audits
Fluent in English and German
