As a Waterspider - New Enginesyou will play an essential role in maintaining high operational standards, supporting supervisors and technicians, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the shop
Your tasks
* Support the daily operation of the LEAP/GTF Engine Shop by preparing materials and coordinating parts and assemblies according to production priorities
* Ensure timely and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing goods and documentation
* Assist the Supervisor with operational coordination and interface between production, logistics, and tool store
* Maintain a clean, well-organized work environment by applying 5S principles across all work areas
* Promote and ensure compliance with all Safety, Quality, and Compliance standards and company regulations
* Identify opportunities to optimize shop processes, improving efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness
* Actively contribute to Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives within the production area
Your Profile
* Completed technical or logistics apprenticeship (or equivalent professional experience)
* Valid Category B driving licence and forklift licence
* Accurate, reliable, and self-organized working style with a hands-on approach
* Willingness to work in shifts
* German skills (B1) and English skills (B2)
* Proactive team player with strong sense of responsibility and continuous improvement mindset
