VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Supply Chain Data & Analytics Senior Analyst to join our team based in Stabio, Switzerland.
As a Supply Chain Data & Analytics Senior Analyst, you will identify and provide insights focusing on various supply chain areas throughout the go‑to‑market process. You will assist your manager in reporting and analysing strategic supply chain KPIs, providing regular updates to the Supply Chain Community, Regional & Global Leadership, and brand representatives. You will also be an active part of strategic transformation initiatives aimed at creating new reporting/analytics solutions that support key stakeholders in making data‑driven, informed business decisions.
Responsibilities
* Day‑by‑day reporting: prepare weekly/monthly reports for the Supply Chain Community and Brands (e.g., On‑Time Delivery to Customers, On‑Time Stock Availability, Inventory Summary, DC Processing Performance).
* Support Supply Chain Operations teams with ad‑hoc analysis and quick insights as needed.
* Explore data and analyse processes to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement of business metrics, using supply‑chain knowledge and analytics skills to formulate hypotheses, interpret results, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with Supply Chain functions and business stakeholders to identify, formalise, and translate reporting/analytics requirements into analytics solutions.
* Work with Digital & Technology Analytics or Business Intelligence teams to validate and deliver live analytics models and solutions.
* Assist the Supply Chain Data & Analytics Lead / Manager in preparing and reviewing Business Requirement Documents for new analytics/reporting requests, and coordinate with Digital & Technology teams to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements.
* Ensure the accuracy, transparency, and explainability of all data shared with Supply Chain functions and brands.
* Educate, socialize and promote newly deployed analytics solutions, train business stakeholders, and foster adoption.
Skills & Qualifications
* Basic knowledge of supply‑chain processes across the full go‑to‑market journey (inbound logistics, DC operations, outbound logistics, etc.).
* Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Passionate about insight‑driven thinking, able to extract patterns from large volumes of data to generate actionable insights.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
* Advanced knowledge of MS Power BI as a visualization tool.
* IBM Cognos experience is a plus.
* Openness to apply AI tools and explore AI‑based approaches for advanced analytics solutions.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritise effectively in a high‑paced environment.
* Strong judgement and decision‑making capabilities, with a track record of identifying problems and proposing creative, practical solutions.
* Excellent storytelling capabilities, summarising large data volumes into clear business language and actionable insights.
* Team‑player with a positive attitude, high personal integrity, and the ability to foster trust, respect, and collaboration.
