Currently, we are looking for a Country CTO to join our team in Switzerland.
The role:
* Technical leader with credible hands-on skills that can challenge conventional thinking around IT and cloud platforms.
* Highly client facing and well versed on current market and IT trends that are having real impacts on the market.
* A trusted advisor for clients by providing technical oversight for all client projects, best practices, etc.
* Supporting delivery team at clients with upsells and cross sales.
* Fosters knowledge sharing internally as well as externally through the local tech community.
* Lead and mentor technical staff and support hiring efforts.
To be successful in this role, we will be looking for the following skills:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT industry with experience working in professional services.
* Highly proactive and driven - you can lead the discussion and provide information for decision making.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Understand the industry trends and how to adapt those to customer needs - follow up the trends and upcoming changes.
* Build structure with regular meetings or discussion sessions with decision makers.
* Deep expertise in cloud tech, proven track record of cloud projects.
* Hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, Google) & other technology related certifications are a plus.
* German and English skills are a must, French is a plus.
