Position Summary
As a Health Solutions Specialist Physiology & Microbiome, you will be responsible for evaluating relationships between the microbiome, key physiological parameters and health metrics at various life stages in both humans and pets. You will enhance scientific leadership in microbiome-driven health benefits and provide relevant scientific guidance in response to business and consumer needs.
A Day in the Life
* Develop and execute strategically relevant, cross-business research activities
* Push for clear project scope and deliverables matching business needs
* Actively participate in expert networks to promote scientific excellence
* Manage projects within the Health Benefit Department
* Co-build innovative research concepts with interdisciplinary teams
* Present results and methods to stakeholders
* Assist in translating scientific findings into practical applications
* Strengthen internal and external networks through strategic partnerships
What Will Make You Successful
* PhD degree in physiology with a strong background in microbiome research
* Solid experience in R&D
* Experience in designing and interpreting preclinical and clinical studies
* Project and stakeholder management experience
* Ability to manage resources and budget requirements
* Transversal mindset with strong networking skills
* Inspiring and creative, with agility in problem-solving
* Understanding of business context
