* Managing construction sites in civil engineering
* Communication with the client and active participation in construction meetings
* Goal-oriented and efficient preparation and organisation of construction sites
* Independent supervision and leadership of employees
* Implementing measures to ensure safety on the construction site
* Economic deployment planning of machines, equipment and operating materials and responsibility for their proper use
* Reporting and measuring the work carried out
Your qualifications
* Completed basic training in the construction industry
* Training as a foreman or site manager, even if not yet completed
* Professional experience in building construction or civil engineering
* Independent and committed working style and enjoyment of teamwork
* Flexibility and resilience
* Customer- and company-oriented thinking and acting
* Very good knowledge of German
