Our offer to you
1. As a member of a new product development team you will gain in depth knowledge about Stryker’s Trauma & Extremities portfolio. You will learn how our products like Bone Plates, Screws, External Fixators and many other products help improve people’s life.
2. Within cross functional & international teams you will work on projects with tasks such as idea generation, prototyping and testing.
3. You will be involved in the design and development of Bone Plates, Screws and External Fixators as well as related instruments.
4. In addition, you support the engineers in creating technical and quality related documentation, which are required based on CE- and FDA regulations for our industry.
5. Using your scientific skills, you will perform literature search and review to apply clinical knowledge and testing towards current development.
This is what makes you stand out
6. You are studying in the technical/mechanical field (HF, FH, Uni, ETH).
7. You have a strong interest in the medical device industry, ideally, you already gained first experience in that field.
8. Good CAD skills is a must, knowledge in FEA is an advantage.
9. You are characterized by analytical reasoning. Also with your proactive workstyle and your problem solving skills you are a valuable member of the team.
10. Very good command of English is required. Good knowledge of German is an advantage.
