As the Swiss Head of FP&A, you will be responsible for bringing hands‑on control, accuracy, and discipline to accounting, controlling, and financial reporting across the Swiss sub-group part of a larger European group. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of financial governance, performance management, and strategic decision support.
Your role and responsibility
In this position you will be responsible for:
* Overseeing accounting quality (non‑bookkeeping) and ensuring the accuracy of financial data
* Owning the monthly reporting process (actuals vs. budget vs. forecast), including variance analysis for the Group CFO
* Leading budgeting and rolling forecast processes
* Managing the consolidation of multiple entities and preparing group‑level reporting (including for the PE shareholder)
* Driving improvements in financial transparency and data reliability
* Managing intercompany transactions and agreements
* Managing the consolidation of the 4 entities part of the Swiss group
* Overseeing cash forecasting and liquidity management
* Coordinating governance and external interfaces (Board, auditors, tax advisors)
* Supporting M&A activities, including the financial integration of new entities
Your experience and profile
We are looking for:
* 10+ years of experience in senior finance roles with end‑to‑end ownership of accounting, reporting, and controlling functions
* Proven track record in group consolidation, budgeting/forecasting, and performance management in a multi‑entity environment
* Experience in a SaaS or fast‑scaling business, ideally with exposure to M&A and post‑merger integration is a strong advantage
* Fluency in English is required; German is a strong advantage
* Experience with Abacus (general ledger) and/or Lucanet (consolidation and reporting) is highly preferred
* Someone based in Switzerland, with the ability to work on‑site in Cham, Zug
