You will actively shape and implement quality assurance processes, strengthening supply‑chain quality and resilience and creating long‑term value. If you are proactive, thrive in international environments, and are motivated by making a measurable impact, we look forward to connecting with you. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ullibQuality Strategy: /b Develop and implement a robust supply‑chain quality strategy, framework and processes for a high‑volume manufacturing environment (PPAP). /lilibQuality Assurance: /b Define and maintain quality standards, procedures and documentation (e.g., control plans, work instructions). Establish and manage quality gates and processes with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Lead process validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) and ensure production readiness. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (suppliers, quality inspection, logistics and production) to ensure quality requirements are met. Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks early in the supply process, collaborating closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to enhance part quality. Serve as the quality representative for high‑volume parts, ensuring early integration of quality standards and effective use of lessons learned.
