The role is based in Switzerland with responsibilities for Loft Dynamics’ Swiss and American locations.YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead and further develop the Human Resources department, taking full ownership of all HR topicsManage the entire employee lifecycle, from workforce planning to offboardingOperate and continuously improve already digitalized and streamlined HR processes and toolsOwn and execute the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to contract signingMaintain and enhance the existing onboarding program, with a focus on scaling and digital learning formats (e.g. video trainings)Monitor and report relevant HR KPIsAdvise and coach the leadership team and managers on labor law, performance management, and employee engagementCoordinate and lead the annual compensation, bonus, and performance review cycles, including coaching managers on effective feedbackEnsure compliance with Swiss labor laws and internal HR policiesLead and implement strategic and operational HR projects (e.g. employee engagement, performance review processes, talent development)Support organizational change and transformation initiativesYOUR BACKGROUND AND SKILLS:Degree in Human Resources or equivalent HR certification (minimum: eidg. Dipl. HR-Fachfrau/ -Fachmann)Proven experience (5+ years) in HR roles, with full ownership of the entire employee lifecycleLeadership qualities with interpersonal awareness, empathy, and the ability to drive results.Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS, ATS) and Microsoft Office tools.Solid understanding of Swiss employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.Industry experience is advantageous but not essential.Fluency in German and English.Passion for aviation and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is a strong plusLoft Dynamics is a team of over 90 passionate hard- and software engineers, highly specialized developers, and dedicated aviation and production experts that has achieved the world\'s first qualification for a Virtual Reality Motion training device by the European Aviation Safety Authority EASA with its Robinson R22 & Airbus H125 training solutions.
