Structural Integrity Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Structural Integrity Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recording the detailed structural condition of over 120 building sections and analysing their integrity.
The role involves digitising construction plans to optimise processes and implementing a comprehensive monitoring system for building management, providing a precise overview of upcoming inspections and supporting long-term investment planning.
You will work independently with state-of-the-art software from FREYSSINET and utilise modern tools such as iPads and drones. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate closely with colleagues and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (minimum 4 semesters)
* Familiarity with drone technology is an advantage
* Excellent fluency in English; proficiency in German and French is beneficial
* Advanced MS Office skills (especially applications on PC and iPad)
* Analytical and networked thinking
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
