We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Visiting Lecturer to teach French as a foreign language. The successful candidate will contribute to Les Roches Crans-Montana’s academic mission by delivering high-quality classes to students pursuing their bachelor's degrees.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in French, Linguistics, or a related field.
2. Qualification as a French teacher for higher education.
3. Minimum of 5 years experience teaching French to international students, preferably at university level.
4. Fluent in English.
5. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Knowledge of the Tourism and Hospitality industry is preferred.
7. Knowledge of the latest teaching methodologies and technologies in language education.
8. Proficiency in using digital tools and online platforms.
9. Availability throughout the semester, starting from September 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and deliver engaging and effective French classes, following the lesson plans.
2. Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
5. Develop knowledge and skills through participation in professional development opportunities.
