Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Consultant to support our Transactions Corporate Finance department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing due diligence on companies, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing strategic recommendations to clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Conducting financial due diligence on companies, analyzing business models, and identifying potential areas of risk and opportunity;
* Assisting in the preparation of transaction documents, including information memoranda, teasers, and management presentations;
* Developing and maintaining complex financial models and data analysis tools to support client decision-making;
* Serving as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, communicating effectively and providing timely updates on project progress;
* Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field;
* Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence;
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial modeling software such as Alteryx and PowerBI;
* Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
