About MadrigalMadrigal is a biopharmaceutical company focused on delivering novel therapeutics for metabolic dysfunction‑associated steatohepatitis (MASH), a liver disease with high unmet medical need. Madrigal’s medication, (resmetirom), is a once‑daily, oral, liver‑directed THR‑β agonist designed to target key underlying causes of MASH. This is the first and only medication approved by both the FDA and European Commission for the treatment of MASH with moderate to advanced fibrosis (F2 to F3). An ongoing Phase 3 outcomes trial is evaluating (resmetirom) for the treatment of compensated MASH cirrhosis (F4c).Role SummaryThe Director, Diagnostics Strategy Europe, will lead Diagnostic‑focused Alliance Management activities and will also support patient and disease diagnostics activities. This role supports the VP in overseeing the growing European Madrigal Diagnostic vertical. The Director is seen across the organization as an expert within Diagnostic Strategy, engaging often with cross‑functional stakeholders to achieve objectives. They contribute to the development of functional and business unit priorities, balancing tactical execution with strategic direction. The Director will interact with relevant diagnostic partners, internal regional and cross‑functional teams with the goals of supporting Madrigal’s pipeline assets and launched products.This position requires a well‑rounded leader who has strong cross‑functional skills: strategic and tactical commercialization experience in both therapeutics and diagnostics. The ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration; strong analytical and presentation skills; vendor and alliance management experience; and the ability to execute in an integrated global‑regional operating model.
