Responsibilities
* Installation of hardware and software components
* Performing maintenance on IT systems
* Troubleshooting IT operational issues
* Supporting employees with IT problems
* Documenting IT systems and processes
Qualifications
* Experience in installing and maintaining IT systems
* Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
* Ability to perform network diagnostics and repairs
* Willingness to collaborate with various departments and clients
* Certifications such as MCSA or CCNA are advantageous
* Driver's license
