Head Waiter/Waitress – Full Time (M/F)
Fixed-term contract
Main responsibilities:
* Deliver a premium-level service to our guests
* Ensure constant guest satisfaction and offer a flawless welcome
* Oversee each stage of the service and guarantee its smooth execution
* Set up, serve, and clear tables
* Promote sales (cross-selling and upselling) and take orders
* Follow instructions from the management and uphold company standards
* Use the cash register system to process typings, collections, and cash register closings
* Comply with internal and legal hygiene regulations (HACCP)
* Prepare orders and manage stock levels
Required profile:
* Hospitality diploma (CFC or equivalent, CAP-BEP)
* Formal training and proven experience as Chef de Rang (min. 4 years)
* Impeccable appearance, courteous and attentive
* Strong sense of service, attention to detail, and active listening skills
* Energetic and responsive, excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, and team spirit
* Comfortable with a diverse clientele
* Highly organized, autonomous, responsible, and reliable
* Diplomatic and able to train or guide others
* Flexible with working hours and resilient under pressure
Start date: From 1 October 2025 to 31 March 2026 (with the possibility of renewal until 31 May 2026).
