This role ensures markets receive the tools, guidance, and support needed to implement elevated VM and experience solutions—on time, on brand, and within budget. **** ### **Key Responsibilities** **1. Market Support & VM Implementation** - Build VM planograms aligned with store layouts, market portfolios, and regulatory requirements. - Partner with Store Building teams to validate space planning and integrate final planograms into 3D renders. - Brief technical teams on new VM needs and support development of design and technical solutions. - Guide markets through ordering requirements and coordinate with global suppliers or local production partners. - Oversee delivery and installation to ensure seamless store openings. **2. Experience Tools Deployment (Scent & Engraving Solutions)** - Collaborate with CX leadership and suppliers to evolve experience tools and systems. - Define ordering needs for scent and engraving solutions based on market portfolios. - Coordinate certifications, ordering, and delivery of digital and analogue scent systems. - Maintain and update digital content for experience tools. **3. Retail Network Uplift (Retrofit Program)** - Pilot retrofit solutions to introduce 2.0 experiences into existing stores. - Work with markets, technical teams, and suppliers to design and implement retrofit concepts. - Develop guidelines to support future global rollout. **4.
