Overview
As a natural host and experienced organizer, you will work with your team at one of our Banking Key Accounts in Zürich. You will coordinate and manage a variety of events in a dynamic and international business environment, delivering memorable service moments for guests and clients. The role offers attractive employment conditions and regular working hours without night or weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
* Ensure professional conference operations and a service-oriented approach to customers and guests
* Contribute to projects for the development and optimization of services in close coordination with the client
* Coordinate events with the affected departments (Housekeeping, Catering, AV technology, etc.)
* Lead technically and personnel-wise three direct reports
* Take overall responsibility for a team of a total of 11 people
* Quality control and continuous process improvement
* Actively support events to assist the team
* Process reservations in the respective system
* Administrative tasks
Ihr Profil
* Completed training in hospitality, event management or a comparable field
* Completion of a hotel management school is an advantage but not mandatory
* Professional and leadership experience in a similar position
* Very good German and English skills written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
* Very good IT skills (MS Office) and experience with reservation systems
* Strong customer orientation and flexibility
* Clean police clearance (Einwandfreier Leumund)
