Join us as Assistant Manager, Group Finance & Accounting where you will oversee and manage a full set of accounts with precision, lead a team of accounts executives, ensure timely compliance with all financial and statutory requirements, and collaborate with key external partners, all while driving seamless daily operations.

What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future?
* Manage and handle full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
* Oversee a team of accounts executives.
* Prepare payments and perform monthly reconciliation of bank balance, debtor, creditors and intercompany balances.
* Liaise with external parties, including the company secretary, auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and other statutory bodies/authorities to ensure compliance with all audit, tax and statutory obligations.
* Preparing withholding tax computation and ensuring its paid on a timely basis.
* Ensure all statutory submission are completed before their respective due date
* Assist to managing the full spectrum of day‑to‑day operations of the accounts department, ensuring proper reconciliations on a monthly basis.
* Reports to Finance Manager.
* Perform other tasks as assigned by the Management.
What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience, particularly in managing a full set of accounts.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, regulations and internal controls.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with minimal supervision.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross‑functional teamwork.
* Responsible, positive working attitude and a team player.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc).
* High degree of initiative and analytical skills.
* Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
