Graduate Program Junior Data Analyst

We are looking for a graduate student in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or a related discipline, interested in an early career role in our innovative company. This role is part of our 1-year project-based Graduate Program.
Graduate Project
The Schachen Biotech Process Automation team acts as a strategic link between our early and late-stage pipelines, developing and maintaining a 'Line of Sight' between stages.
The Data Analyst Graduate Project involves creating innovative solutions to find and visualize correlations across multiple datasets and levels of production and analytical data. Responsibilities include implementing PowerBI dashboards for real-time data visualization, focusing on key process parameters, metrics, and out-of-range values for batches or campaigns. Extended tasks may include developing dashboards that integrate SAP (Bill of Materials, Bill of Parameters, Inventory) and MES data (Parameter Value Lists) for process overview and bottleneck analysis.
This role will also involve working with intelligent automation solutions using AWS and Azure cloud platforms, implementing Power BI dashboards, and potentially applying machine learning algorithms using Python or R.

After onboarding and initial training, you will be empowered to perform tasks independently and take on additional responsibilities in consultation with your supervisor or peers.
Required Skills:
* Graduate student in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or related fields
* Passion for Process Data Science and Data Analysis
* Experience in bioprocess engineering, analytical methods, and data interpretation
* Basic knowledge of Python and/or R
* Basic familiarity with Power BI, Databricks, or Dataiku (preferred, but not mandatory)
* Initiative and a desire to take ownership of your work
* Effective communication skills in English
