Your main responsibilities
4. Conduct research and development of innovative concepts for physical document security
5. Lead and coordinate an R&D Team on high security applications
6. Plan and execute activities in micro fabrication, characterization and demonstrator development
7. Create technical layouts and translate them into functional security concepts for physical document security
8. Support IP screening and contribute to new patent applications
9. Prepare technical reports and presentations
10. Ensure documentation and communication in English
Your Profile
11. University degree in natural sciences (PhD in physics, optics, chemistry or comparable field)
12. More than 3 years of professional experience, ideally in high security R&D (e.g. OVD development, holography)
13. Self driven team player with strong communication skills
14. Excellent command of English, knowledge of German desired
