A leading global investment banking advisory firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Zurich-based team. The firm is recognised for its strong mid-market focus, international reach, and deep expertise across a range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the execution of complex M&A transactions, primarily sell-side mandates.
* Manage client relationships and coordinate with senior stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.
* Oversee financial modeling, valuation analysis, and preparation of marketing materials.
* Drive due diligence processes and liaise with legal, financial, and strategic advisors.
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development efforts.
Candidate Profile
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
* Proven track record in mid-market M&A, with multiple completed transactions.
* Prior experience in investment banking or boutique advisory (Big Four backgrounds will not be considered).
* Strong academic credentials in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
* Collaborative, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership.
