Swiss Escapes is a boutique Swiss DMC specializing in high-end corporate events, incentive travel, and group experiences across Switzerland. We design tailor‑made programs for international clients who expect creativity, precision, and flawless execution.
We are looking for a Project Management Trainee to support the planning and delivery of corporate events and incentive travel programs.
This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a long‑term career in event project management within the international MICE industry.
Responsibilities
* Support the planning and coordination of corporate events and incentive travel programs
* Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, and travel itineraries
* Coordinate with hotels, venues, transport companies, and activity providers across Switzerland
* Support project managers with logistics planning and operational preparation
* Manage supplier communication and follow‑ups
* Assist with on‑site event coordination when required
* Contribute to the smooth execution of projects from inquiry to delivery
Qualifications
* Graduate in Event Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in events, hospitality, tourism, or project coordination
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Customer‑oriented, proactive, and detail‑focused
* Comfortable interacting with clients and suppliers
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Fluent in English and French (required)
* Authorized to work in Switzerland
* Based in Canton Vaud or Geneva region
* Hands‑on experience in the Swiss MICE and incentive travel industry
* Exposure to international corporate clients and high‑end projects
* Opportunity to develop event project management skills in a boutique DMC environment
