Coordinate with colleagues to guarantee smooth kitchen operations. Assist in training and guiding Commis Chefs and apprentices. Monitor stock levels and report needs to the Sous-Chef. Actively participate in the implementation of the CSR polic y Profile Completed culinary training and professional kitchen experience. Fluent in English Solid knowledge of modern cooking techniques and food presentation. Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in your section.
