Within this ecosystem, Arca24, an HR Tech Factory and part of the TeamSystem Group, designs and delivers cloud‑based solutions that help companies innovate, digitalize, and optimize their HR and recruiting processes, leveraging automation and Artificial Intelligence at scale.
To support our growth on international markets, we are looking for a Junior Sales Account to join our commercial team and contribute to the development of the Swiss market .
This is a role designed for someone eager to grow professionally, build strong commercial foundations, and develop expertise in B2B sales of digital HR solutions in a structured, high‑impact environment.
Working closely with senior sales colleagues, marketing, and customer success teams, you will progressively take ownership of commercial activities, from prospecting to client relationship management.
Your Responsibilities Support commercial development and new client acquisition in the Swiss market
Manage prospecting activities and generate new business opportunities
Understand client needs and propose tailored HR tech solutions
Support negotiations and sales processes alongside senior sales team members
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long‑term client satisfaction
Build and maintain strong relationships with companies and key stakeholders
What We’re Looking For A curious, proactive, and determined mindset, with a strong interest in sales and business development
A first experience in sales or consulting, preferably in HR services, software, or B2B environments
Familiarity with B2B sales and direct interaction with corporate clients
Excellent knowledge of Italian and French (German is a strong plus)
Strong motivation to grow in a commercial role and develop skills in selling digital solutions
Availability to travel within Switzerland
