Your mission is to empower our Field Sales Force by showing a strong analytical mindset and business understanding, you’ll play a key role in driving our Route-To-Market strategy (including the definition and tracking of KBIs), aligning execution with market needs and Group methodologies. Your work will directly contribute to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency – creating long-term, sustainable competitive advantage in the market.
Reporting analyst (m/f/d)
Your new key responsibilities
* Prepare and deliver regular, user-friendly reports and scorecards that provide clear visibility into sales force performance.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and performance-tracking tools (Power BI, Excel) to monitor key KPIs across teams and territories.
* Analyze market trends, sales performance data, and distribution efficiency to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
* Respond to ad-hoc requests from internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Commercial Excellence, etc.) related to reporting, field sales processes, or analysis.
* Collaborate in the development, testing, and tracking of new reporting tools and scorecards.
* Participate in cross-functional processes and projects, ensuring consistency and efficiency across teams.
* Actively contribute to the evolution and execution of the Route-To-Market Strategy, aligning local needs with Group best practices.

* You have completed a higher education degree or equivalent practical experience.
* You bring at least 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in sales operations, business analytics, or performance management.
* You are fluent in English and either German or French.
* You have strong analytical skills and are confident working with large datasets.
* You are proficient in MS Excel and Power BI.
* You manage your time and priorities effectively, and you are comfortable working across multiple processes and stakeholders.
* You communicate clearly, and you know how to translate data into insights that matter.
* You understand sales and distribution processes, stakeholder needs, industry trends, and the importance of SLAs.
* You have a structured, data-driven mindset and a proactive, collaborative approach.
