* Providing warm, professional, and attentive service to our guests in the restaurant, bar, and during events
* Taking care of guests from welcome to farewell and ensuring a memorable dining experience
* Taking orders and serving food and beverages according to our quality standards
* Preparing and maintaining the service stations before, during, and after service
* Supporting the Chef de Rang or, depending on experience, independently managing a service station
* Ensuring cleanliness, order, and compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP)
* Working closely with the kitchen, bar, and front office teams

* Experience in service, ideally in a restaurant or hotel environment
* Training in hospitality is an advantage
* Passion for hospitality and a genuine enjoyment of guest interaction
* A team-oriented, reliable, and proactive working attitude
* Good communication skills and a well-groomed appearance
* Ability to remain calm and professional in busy situations
* Good knowledge of German and English (additional languages are a plus)
* We are looking for candidates who already have accommodation in the Gstaad area, as no staff housing is available.
